Personal injury attorney John H. McElyea, a Central Florida native, earned both his bachelor of science and juris doctor degrees from Florida State University in 1981 and 1986, respectively. He was admitted to the Florida State Bar in 1986 and, after spending two years at a prominent Orlando insurance defense firm and nearly two decades more as a founding partner of a personal injury firm, attorney John McElyea founded his own firm in the winter of 2007. Dedicated to protecting the rights of victims statewide, he meticulously prepares for his clients’ cases and is experienced in all facets of personal injury law.
A fourth generation Floridian, Paul D. Barnard spent his elementary through high school years in Orlando, Florida, where he currently resides with his wife Patricia and two sons Jake and Luke. Following high school, Mr. Barnard attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he earned his bachelor’s degree and St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida, where he earned his juris doctorate.
